Responsibilities

Operate as the primary point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers and their projects
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the project scope
Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and improve their projects
Keep timely contact with clients through regular emails, phone calls, and appointments
Analyze client needs and develop strategic solutions and content flows
Manage ongoing support for retainer and non-retainer clients
Develop a thorough understanding of Octane, our CMS platform

Required

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

Positive, solution-oriented attitude; the words “not my job” are not in your vocabulary
Self-motivated
