Insurance Specialist
Carper Consulting is working with a growing insurance group, and they are seeking an Insurance Specialist to expand their health and commercial sales teams. The role involves assisting clients in selecting insurance plans, providing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
Assist clients in selecting commercial or health insurance plans that meet needs and budget
Provide quotes, explain policy details, and answer customer questions
Process applications for new policies, renewals, and policy modifications
Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and service
Stay informed on industry trends, policy changes, and regulations
Assist clients with claims inquiries and provide guidance through the claims process
Qualification
Required
Active Florida 2-15 and/or 2-20 license
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
An ability to explain complex insurance terms in an easy-to-understand manner
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals
Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software
Preferred
Previous experience in commercial or health insurance sales or customer service is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
