Responsibilities

Fill and manage cookie orders for troops, Service Units, and other volunteers, using the baker’s cupboard inventory software

Balance physical inventory with system inventory, research any discrepancies with signed receipts

The cupboard must be kept organized and the inventory safely stacked

Manage administrative tasks and projects such as mailings, information gathering, and compiling into spreadsheets and lists

Learn and answer basic customer questions about the cookie ordering software used by troops

Adheres to Council and GSUSA policies, standards, procedures and Girl Scout Promise and Law

Supports and promotes the Council’s and GSUSA’s commitment to diversity, inclusion and pluralism

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Must be able to lift up to 25lbs repeatedly throughout the day

Organized, detail oriented, meticulous recordkeeping, and handling large number of customer interactions

Proficient in addition and multiplication

Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate volunteer efforts and solve problems in a positive manner

Ability to learn on the go and welcome new information as it comes
