Start in 2026 SummerUnited Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) offers a 12-week Leadership Development Summer Internship Program designed to immerse interns in a collaborative and innovative workplace. Interns will participate in activities such as researching team building, assisting in course design, shadowing trainings, and event planning to cultivate leadership skills within the organization.

Researching and creating a team building activity on Servant Leadership for the Leadership Development Team
Assisting our Instructional Designers in creating course designs
Shadowing trainings and offering feedback on how we can improve
Assisting the coordinators in event planning
Organizing UWM's leadership library
Qualification
Required
Graduating with a bachelor's degree in 2026 or 2027 (current junior/senior status)
The ability to work Monday thru Friday, 40-hours a week, fully on-site in Pontiac, MI from May 18th - August 7th
An openness to learning, willingness to be coached, and ability to be flexible in our every-changing industry
Pursuing a degree in Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, or similar fields
Ability to thrive in a team environment
