Executive Assistant
ERT is seeking an experienced C-Suite Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level strategic and administrative support to ERT’s top executives. The role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, preparing confidential communications, and overseeing projects while maintaining discretion in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Proactively manage complex, dynamic schedules, prioritize meetings, and resolve conflicts to optimize executive time
Arrange complex domestic/international travel, itineraries, and process associated expense reports
Oversee daily business operations of ERT’s Tysons office, ensuring a productive, organized, and compliant workplace. Key responsibilities include managing administrative procedures, controlling office budgets and inventory, and handling vendor relations
Prepare agendas, presentations (PowerPoint), reports, and other meeting materials. Coordinate regular meetings including quarterly board meetings, monthly executive meetings, MBRs, program reviews, weekly leadership, etc. Capture action items for follow up
Support special projects, track deliverables, and manage workflows across the executive team
Serve as a link between the executive, board, staff, and external stakeholders, representing the executive and company professionally. Screen calls/emails, draft correspondence (internal/external), handle confidential information, and act as the primary point of contact. Support corporate communications in conjunction with HR and Marketing teams
Handle sensitive information with sound judgment and utmost confidentiality. Supports Special Security Agreement (SSA) documentation in conjunction with FSO
Qualification
Required
5+ years of related experience required in working in an executive assistant role supporting C-Level executives
Ability to anticipate needs, offer solutions, and align efforts with business goals
Superior time management, planning, and follow-through
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; Ability to write and edit a variety of internal and external communications
Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent
Preferred
Previous experience in a gov con environment a plus
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
Special Security Agreement (SSA) documentation support experience desired, but not required
