Responsibilities
Drive analytics solutions from business requirement through implementation
Collaborate with analytics teams to map data elements, sources, and relationships
Support scalable data warehouse and ETL solutions with a focus on quality and integrity
Perform exploratory data analysis to support business decision-making
Identify opportunities for advanced analytics and automation
Partner with internal teams and clients to resolve data and process issues
Support Agile delivery by refining requirements and supporting sprint execution
Qualification
Required
8+ years of combined experience in data analysis and business analysis
Expert-level SQL and hands-on experience with data warehousing architectures
Experience building and supporting ETL pipelines (DataStage or similar)
Knowledge of data lineage, governance, and data security in large data ecosystems
Bank/Financial services experience is required
Agile delivery experience, including user story creation and backlog management in Jira
Python experience for data analysis, automation, or validation
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
