Responsibilities
Perform preventive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance on production equipment
Troubleshoot, repair, install, modify, and rebuild industrial machinery
Diagnose PLC-related issues and take corrective action
Conduct safety checks and equipment inspections
Tear down, inspect, and reassemble production equipment
Record all maintenance activities accurately in CMMS
Use precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, multimeters, gauge pins, and hand tools
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
Requisition spare parts, tools, and materials for maintenance and emergency repairs
Support and maintain 5S and workplace organization standards
Respond to technical issues quickly to minimize downtime
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance
Strong troubleshooting skills on production and industrial equipment
Working knowledge of PLCs, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Comfortable using CMMS and basic Microsoft Office tools
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with precision
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Preferred
2-year technical/vocational training or military technical experience
