Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and enhance Workday reports & dashboards (Report Writer, Advanced Reporting)
Deliver recurring and executive-ready HR metrics and dashboards across key people functions using Qlik and related tools
Tackle ad hoc reporting requests for leadership, audits, and enterprise stakeholders—fast, accurate, no drama
Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and data quality issues before anyone else sees them
Partner directly with HR leaders to translate business questions into actionable analytics
Support federal, state, and internal HR reporting with precision and timeliness
Maintain iron-clad data integrity, governance, and confidentiality across systems
Contribute to scalable documentation, job aids, and reporting best practices
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of real Workday reporting experience (not theory—hands-on)
Proven ability to create dashboards and reports that business leaders actually trust and use
Strong command of HR data, metrics, and storytelling—not just pulling numbers
Experience with analytics and visualization tools like Qlik, Tableau, Quantum Workplace, MAXQDA, or similar
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, analysis), plus PowerPoint and Word
Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Workday Reporting or Pro Certification (or actively pursuing)
Prior exposure to People Analytics, HR, Talent, or Workforce data
Preferred
Pharma/Biotech experience is a strong plus, not a must
