Responsibilities
Leads and oversees the work of a team of inside sales representatives
Coaches, trains, evaluates and monitors sales representative’s performance
Manages timecards, time off requests, and other administrative functions related to your team
Assists each team member in achieving their sales goals and meeting their KPI commitments
Supports coordination of sales projects to enhance team or departments efficiency and/or effectiveness
Executes sales analysis, prepares sales reports and suggests improvements
Work cross-functionally to represent voice of the customer to drive product improvements
Qualification
Required
Experience selling business services
Previous experience leading an Inside Sales Team
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
In-depth understanding of the sales process
Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed
Willingness to work in a highly collaborative environment where the belief is that great ideas can come from anywhere. Candidates must be able to embrace this culture, foster idea generation, and work to cultivate the best ideas into an executable plan
Preferred
Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred
Experience with Payment Technologies a plus
