Responsibilities
Providing safe and timely preventative maintenance, installation, service, repair, troubleshooting and resolution of multiple operating machines within a manufacturing plant type of environment
Understands and follows safety policies and procedures. Additionally, identifies safety risks and works to reduce them
Creates mechanical layouts and drawings to help in preventative/predictive maintenance tasks to eliminate equipment breakdowns and failures
Communicates effectively with operations personnel to identify and resolve abnormal/degraded equipment conditions that could negatively impact safety, quality, or productivity
Hands on in, troubleshooting, testing, repairs, and maintains equipment and machinery used
Installs/troubleshoots/repairs hydraulic and pneumatic actuators
Rebuilds various parts/equipment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical Engineering Desired)
Electrical and maintenance understanding ideal
Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Team Player who Collaborates well with others
Previous project management experience is beneficial
