Responsibilities
Strong Knowledge of scripting languages like Python (Expert), JavaScript/TypeScript (Strong), C#
Experience in Creating Python APIs and general RESTful API development
Experience in Windows automation and Ethernet frameworks
Experience in Creating / Accessing REST APIs for data monitoring and manipulation across various systems
Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud tools:
Core Services: Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Firestore, IAM, Cloud Monitoring/Logging
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform (essential), GCP Deployment Manager
Strong Web Development Skills:
Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, Modern JavaScript Frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), UI/UX principles
Backend: Node.js (e.g., Express.js) or Python Frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django, FastAPI)
Databases: SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cloud SQL) and NoSQL (e.g., Firestore)
API Design: RESTful principles, OpenAPI/Swagger
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML) Integration:
ML Fundamentals: Concepts, model training/evaluation
Experience working with Github, JIRA and CI/CD Pipelines (Git Actions, Jenkins)
Solid understanding of software configuration management systems and source code version control systems (Git)
Familiarity with test processes and test strategies including the generation of meaningful test metrics
Strong communication skills to gather requirements from the development teams and to train the teams in the workflow and processes
Familiarity with making changes in the test automation framework
Containerization (Docker) experience
