Responsibilities
Input and update sales orders into the system with a high degree of accuracy
Edit and adjust existing orders as required, ensuring all changes are meticulously tracked
Manage warehouse changes within orders, adhering to case-sensitive protocols
Utilize order management software to process and monitor order activities
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including troubleshooting and resolving data discrepancies
Ensure compliance with company guidelines while handling sensitive data
Collaborate with team members to streamline order-related processes and improve efficiency
Maintain consistent communication with the sales team to address order-related inquiries
Monitor system-generated reports to identify and correct errors promptly
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field
Proficiency in order management software and ERP solutions
Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical data entry skills
Ability to work effectively in an office setting alongside a sales team
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Reliable and able to ask questions when clarification is needed
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
Preferred
Familiarity with HCM SaaS Oracle Fusion or similar systems
