The 12-week Internship Program offers hands-on experience in finance, where interns will participate in key financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis while gaining mentorship and training from company leaders.

Responsibilities
Assist with the Company’s annual business plan and forecasts, including consolidation and review
Assist with preparing key monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, variance and trend analyses
Review financial performance reports, identify and investigate variances
Assist with preparing and reviewing customer profitability analyses for new and existing customers
Extract financial data from financial applications, as well as unstructured data sources, and assist with developing KPI dashboards
Perform non-routine ad-hoc analyses
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be an undergraduate or graduate student with expectations to graduate no later than May 2027
Must be able to work in-office 5 days per week - residing in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, or willing to relocate
Minimum 3.0 GPA, or higher is required
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred
Understanding of basic business concepts
Aptitude and willingness to learn finance processes and systems
Ability to provide a high level of service to business partners
Detail oriented and highly organized
Takes ownership for all assigned areas of responsibility
Strong written and verbal communication skills
