Global IAM - SailPoint IIQ Developer 52470
CSI Companies is seeking an experienced SailPoint IAM Lead / Manager with deep experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) administration, development, and implementation. This role supports the enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform and related security initiatives, leading operations and driving IAM initiatives from planning through delivery.

Responsibilities
Administer, support, and troubleshoot SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) environments
Lead SailPoint IIQ development and implementation, including enhancements and integrations
Manage application onboarding, account creation, and lifecycle management
Support and integrate Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
Design, develop, and maintain QuickLinks, Forms, and Workflows
Implement integrations using SCIM APIs, Web Services, and JDBC/Database connectors
Support certification campaigns, access reviews, and access request processes
Provide integration oversight and manage escalations for critical IAM issues
Oversee vulnerability management, including patching and remediation
Direct and manage assigned development and IAM resources
Perform effort estimation, project planning, and delivery oversight
Engage stakeholders to assess feasibility, scope, and technical approach
Manage tickets, support end users, and resolve complex IAM issues
Coordinate with vendors, including submitting and tracking support tickets
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
Must be a US Citizen to be eligible for Federal security clearance
Strong BeanShell and Java development experience
Experience leading or supervising IAM, IT, or IIQ platform teams
Knowledge of Directory Services (LDAP / Active Directory)
Experience with Apache Tomcat
Strong understanding of IAM architecture, systems, and infrastructure
Proven analytical problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to align with Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams
Preferred
Experience with large-scale enterprise IAM environments
Prior consulting or client-facing experience
Familiarity with regulated or security-focused environments
Experience mentoring and developing technical teams
