Senior Principal / Staff Engineer Systems Architect

Responsibilities
Work with the cross-functional teams to create conceptual data models and data flows
Design, develop, and document systems that contain logical solutions using Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Review modifications of existing systems for cross-compatibility
Implement data strategies and developing physical data models
Coach team members on developing the requirements, architecture, design, and implementation in the model
Perform Systems Requirements analysis
Management of requirements, include decomposition, allocation, verification, and validation
Qualification
Required
Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline AND 8 years of related professional/military experience, OR a Master of Science degree in a STEM discipline AND 6 years of related professional/military experience, OR a STEM Ph.D. AND 4 year of related professional/military experience
Must have experience developing model-based systems engineering products and/or Mission Engineering
Must have experience modeling software systems and software system of systems
Must have experience with Systems engineering tools (i.e. Cameo Suite) and Agile framework
Must have an active DoD Secret (or higher) clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance
Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline AND 12 years of related professional/military experience, OR a Master of Science degree in a STEM discipline AND 10 years of related professional/military experience, OR a STEM Ph.D. AND 8 year of related professional/military experience

Experience in the military aerospace development environment is preferred
Experience in integrating complex system across multiple domains
Experience demonstrating concepts to management and customers
Experience with Cameo large scale Vehicle development
Experienced developing various DODAF view artifacts, especially Operational and functional viewpoints, using MBSE tools like CAMEO
