Responsibilities
To repair and perform a variety of skilled tasks in the installation, maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities at Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau (LRCVB) managed facilities
Qualification
Required
Completion of high school or vocational technical school in the building trades
One (1) year experience in building maintenance operations
One (1) year of experience in microcomputer use
Must possess a valid Arkansas Class D (Non-Commercial Vehicle) Driver's License before employment and maintain licensure for the duration of employment in this position
Must show proof of valid automobile insurance before being approved to drive any LRCVB vehicle
Must be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends as required
Must possess a forklift certification within one (1) year of employment and maintain license for the duration of employment in this position
