Responsibilities
Perform routine and complex repair, rework, and refurbishment of medical devices
Troubleshoot returned devices and conduct Level 0 & Level 1 PCI investigations
Document repair activities, investigations, and labor/material usage accurately
Support out-of-box failure analysis, yield improvement, and special projects
Collaborate with QA, Engineering, and Customer Service to resolve non-conformities
Maintain a clean and organized service repair environment
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in medical device service, repair, or high-tech manufacturing
Working knowledge of cGMP, quality systems, and analytical troubleshooting
Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
High school diploma OR Associate degree
Ability to lift 30–40 lbs; travel up to 25%
