Responsibilities
Support process improvement projects across manufacturing operations
Assist with refining and documenting production procedures
Complete takt time studies and downtime analysis
Collaborate with production, engineering, and operations teams
Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
Strong interest in manufacturing and process improvement
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel skills a plus)
