Responsibilities
Acts as the strategic link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that IT solutions align with business objectives
Responsible for requirements, stakeholder management, process improvement/documentation for projects, and training processes / documentation
Meet with government staff to create Standard Operating Procedures
Presents via PowerPoint process flows, process maps, and other critical system documents
Facilitates communication to ensure alignment and manage expectations
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident (Required) to be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or related field with 8 years of relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree
Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis or related Information Technology
Proven track record of leading and managing complex projects
Excellent communication (oral & written) and interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving, analytical, and data analysis skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
Client focused mindset to ensure solutions meet business needs
Deep understanding of workflows, operations, and optimization strategies
Ability to map processes and identify inefficiencies
Technical Proficiency with Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Visio
Familiarity with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence), and data visualization tools
Ability to present complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred
Prior experience working Veteran Affairs a plus
Experience with CRM applications, SQL, Salesforce BA/Salesforce Admin Certificate nice to have
Familiarity with ServiceNow
