Responsibilities
Support streamlining the overall Smart Factory operational excellence process
Take various Smart Factory project responsibilities and prepare project timeline, schedule, coordinate with individual departments, and monitor projects
Work closely with project teams, organize coordination meetings with stakeholders to provide regular updates
Help identifying areas for improvement and provide creative scalable solution options for the current processes
Support creating TRUMPF Chicago process standards, guidelines, work instructions, training packages, templates
Support operational excellence activities, workshops for continuous improvements of daily tasks
Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with people in a multidisciplinary environment
Qualification
Required
Proficient using digital tools – Office 365, Smartsheet & Power BI
Strong problem-solving skills and data analysis experience
Associate degree in industrial engineering, Business Informatics, Digital Business Management, or similar fields
Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with people in a multidisciplinary environment
Preferred
Project Management and programming experience
