Responsibilities
Research, design, develop, and test mechanical devices, tools, engines, and components
Analyze design proposals, specifications, and technical data to determine feasibility, cost, and timelines
Investigate component failures and diagnose design or functional issues
Support modifications or improvements in mechanical systems based on analysis
Collaborate with drafters and assist in developing structural designs using engineering software
Utilize CAD tools (Creo), Teamcenter, Microsoft Office, and engineering workflows
Coordinate and distribute work to the global engineering team
Participate in occasional shop visits as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred; Computer Science acceptable; Master's accepted)
2–4 years of industry experience (relevant internships accepted)
Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings & technical documentation
Experience in CAD tools and design software
Creo
Teamcenter
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
GD&T
Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
Strong verbal & written communication
Team‑oriented, detail‑focused, proactive mindset
Ability to work collaboratively with on‑site and global teams
Preferred
