The Project Manager will lead the planning, implementation, execution, and evaluation of cross-functional projects to ensure high-quality results and timely deliverables.

Responsibilities

Define project scope & deliverables in collaboration with project team
Create detailed project plans which identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete the project
Monitor project progress, adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion and update project schedules
Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders on project progress
Review the quality of the work completed with the project team to ensure it meets project standards
Ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
Ensure all project information is appropriately documented and secured
Complete project debriefs to identify improvement opportunities and best practices
Lead cross-functional meetings
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Proficiency with project management toolsProject management experienceLean Six Sigma certificationTMSWMSInternal communicationsSmartsheetSAPGS1WordPress

Required

Bachelor's degree
2+ years project management experience
Proficiency with project management tools
Experience with internal communications

Preferred

Experience working with Smartsheet, SAP, GS1 and/ or WordPress content management systems
Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience
Experience working with a Transportation Management System (TMS)
Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
