Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, robust Salesforce solutions that align with enterprise business goals
Oversee end-to-end solution delivery including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment
Maintain solution integrity across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Commerce, Marketing, Manufacturing etc.)
Ensure data integrity, system security, and adherence to architectural best practices
Act as a Program Architect, optimizing the client's Salesforce investment and driving efficiency across the business
Develop program wide architecture frameworks, principles, and roadmaps ensuring scalability and future readiness
Provide architectural oversight across simultaneous workstreams to maintain consistency with enterprise standards
Evaluate feasibility, risks, and impacts of proposed solutions at a program level
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and technical stakeholders
Conduct workshops to gather requirements, analyze 'as is' and 'to be' environments, and perform fit-gap assessments
Advise on Salesforce product selection, licensing, integrations, and ecosystem strategy
Design and govern integration strategies between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, CRM, Marketing Automation, etc.)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce architecture with enterprise architecture guidelines
Mentor Salesforce admins, developers, and functional consultants
Support pre sales activities: solution demos, proposals, technical assessments
Provide training and technical guidance to end users and project teams
Create and maintain detailed architectural and technical documentation, including Solution Architecture and Technical Design documents
Review designs, code, and configurations to ensure adherence to best practices and program goals
Qualification
Required
Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Manufacturing etc.)
Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Integrations (APIs, Middleware)
Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, security models, and data governance
Ability to design scalable, maintainable, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions
Experience executing architectural governance across large programs
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and roadmaps
Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders
Problem-solving and critical thinking
Ability to work in multicultural and geographically distributed teams
Preferred
Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
Salesforce Administrator + Platform Developer I
