Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data and provide actionable insights
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure success
Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve operational issues
Prepare and present reports, dashboards, alerts, and presentations to key stakeholders and management
In collaborating with the BI team, document and maintain data sources, including relationships and reporting calculations
Assist in continuous improvement, development, automation and implementation of operational systems, tools, policies and procedures
Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring

Required

Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Management, or related field from a properly accredited college or university; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, interpersonal and team skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Practical experience with SQL/Azure, data processing and database programming concepts
Detail oriented with excellent organization and time management skills
Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints
Strong time management and recordkeeping skills
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and keep up with the administrative requirements of the position
Possess an intermediate level of computer literacy of MS Office/Platforms (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, Loop, PowerApps, PowerAutomate)
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., PowerBI, Python, R, Looker, Tableau)
Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) a plus
Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
Basic knowledge of PING product line and processes
