ALL KNOWN SERVICES is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support a critical Railway domain program focused on Dimensional Clearance and AFE initiatives. This role will involve designing and customizing ServiceNow CSM and Health & Safety modules, delivering scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow CSM or Health & Safety modules

Configure and enhance ServiceNow OOB capabilities (Flow Designer, Forms, Catalog Items, Tables, ACLs, Notifications)

Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes

Build responsive ServiceNow UI / Service Portal components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS

Design and implement complex integrations using REST, SOAP, JDBC

Work with MID Server and Integration Hub for enterprise integrations

Manage and optimize CMDB and CSDM implementations

Support ITOM modules (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, Orchestration)

Build custom applications using the ServiceNow Application Platform

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Ensure performance tuning, scalability, and platform best practices

Required

14+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture

Advanced ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript)

Proven experience with CSM or Health & Safety modules

Strong front-end customization experience (Service Portal / UI customization)

Expertise in REST, SOAP integrations and enterprise system connectivity

Strong knowledge of CMDB & CSDM

Experience with ITOM modules

Railway / Transportation domain experience – Mandatory

Ability to work onsite in Omaha, NE

Preferred

Exposure to Health, Safety, or Risk Management workflows

Experience in regulated or safety-critical environments

Experience creating technical roadmaps and governance frameworks
