The Battery Technician EV Teardown is responsible for the safe and complete teardown of electric vehicle batteries for further processing on the Lithium Line.

Responsibilities
Ensures health and safety is the number one goal by following warehouse safety procedures and processes
Daily set up of equipment
Daily inspections of electrical tools and PPE
Teardown electrical vehicle batteries for processing according to SOPs
Sort battery components into correct storage containers
Properly label containers for storage and shipment
Comply with all environmental, health and safety regulations
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Frequently lift 10-40 pounds individually, and over 40 pounds with a team member
Forklift experience
Basic electrical experience
Ability to operate
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Attention to detail
Teamwork and communication skills
High School Diploma or GED
