Responsibilities
Monitoring, triaging, and supporting the technical systems, data flows, and integrations that power day-to-day business operations
Blending EDI support, system monitoring, operational troubleshooting, and minor configuration work
Ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and stability of file exchanges, dashboards, internal applications, and partner integrations
Working closely with IT, EDI, data teams, claims processors, account management, and external vendors to resolve issues quickly and maintain smooth operations
Qualification
Required
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Familiarity with structured data formats such as CSV, XML, JSON, and flat files
Basic understanding of EDI concepts
Ability to read logs, error messages, and system notifications to diagnose issues
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with SFTP or file transfer workflows
Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or benefits administration environments
Experience with SQL for data validation or troubleshooting
Familiarity with monitoring tools or automation workflows
