Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional security and compliance programs by collaborating with Engineering, Legal, and the Cloud CISO to define scope and deliverables
Drive the continuous improvement and scaling of Security and Compliance frameworks while spearheading initiatives to reduce operational toil through AI and automation
Translate complex security and compliance requirements, such as FedRAMP, GDPR, and HIPAA, into actionable plans and technical engineering work
Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across the organization’s services and infrastructure
Facilitate communication and alignment across teams to ensure clarity on goals and timelines while leading security best practices throughout the development lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on security and compliance
Experience managing technical programs in a cloud or infrastructure environment
Preferred
8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience in scaling processes and frameworks across large engineering organizations
Experience in driving process improvements and operational efficiency efforts
Familiarity with cloud security principles and best practices
Knowledge of common security and compliance standards and regulations (e.g., IL5, FedRAMP)
Passion for leveraging AI/ML to solve operational issues
