Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; CPA or MBA Preferred
7-10 years of accounting experience, preferably in a health care or health plan environment
3 years supervisory experience
Proficiency in the utilization of Sage or similar accounting systems, Pace Logic or similar EHRs, Microsoft365, and Power BI
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
Ability to influence and persuade professionally
Ability to accept and utilize guidance
Ability to work independently
Quality analytical and assessment competencies
Preferred
Experience working with Medicare and Medicaid
Experience utilizing MAS90 / ERP100
Experience creating custom reports using a Financial Report Writer
Experience utilizing AssureNet System
Experience utilizing CMS Systems
Experience utilizing DPW's Promise System
Experience in health care billing and coding
