Responsibilities

Deliver virtual training focused on the basics of AutoCAD and core design best practices
Teach Revit concepts specifically in conjunction with AutoCAD workflows
Introduce foundational GIS concepts as they relate to engineering design and planning
Facilitate training on Bentley (formerly MicroStation), with an emphasis on roadway and design applications
Guide participants from basic functionality into discipline-specific use cases
Facilitate engaging, interactive sessions for professionals with 5–10 years of experience in their engineering careers
Adapt content and examples to meet the needs of a business-casual, professional audience
Collaborate with stakeholders to align training content and learning objectives as needed

Qualification

Required

Strong expertise in AutoCAD, with working knowledge of Revit, GIS, and Bentley/MicroStation
Experience facilitating or training technical software content for Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Transportation, or Architectural engineers
Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts in a structured, approachable way
Comfortable delivering live, virtual training sessions
Strong communication, facilitation, and audience engagement skills
