Responsibilities
Assist in developing annual budgets and forecasts using healthcare operational metrics (revenue realization, reimbursement rates, provider productivity, etc.)
Support preparation of financial management reports by clinic, specialty, and payer groups
Contribute to revenue cycle management projects, including cash flow analysis and reimbursement tracking
Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time
Provide analytical support for finance initiatives and operational improvements
Participate in special projects related to growth, efficiency, and financial strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
Graduated within the past 2 years
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to interpret financial data
Understanding of revenue cycle management (RCM) concepts
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Master's degree in Finance (preferred)
