C++ Developer or System Admin with support Experience (Only US Citizens)
AppLab Systems, Inc is looking for a C++ Developer or System Admin with support experience to join their dynamic team. The role involves providing support, maintenance, and enhancement of critical applications while leveraging strong technical skills to ensure smooth operations and optimize system performance.
Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for business applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user assistance
Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for application enhancements or modifications
Configure and customize applications based on business requirements, adhering to best practices and company standards
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and stability of application changes and deployments
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including configuration guides, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles
Monitor application performance and identify areas for optimization and improvement
Collaborate with other IT teams (e.g., infrastructure, database) to ensure seamless integration and operation of the applications
Stay up-to-date with the latest features, functionalities, and best practices for the required skillset
Participate in project implementation and contribute technical expertise related to the concerned applications
Provide training and support to end-users on applications functionalities
Adhere to ITIL framework and company policies for incident management, problem management, and change management
Qualification
Required
An IT professional with 7-9 years of experience in the following skills:
C
C++
Korn Shell Scripting
Unix System
GDB Project Debugger
Having knowledge and experience of Manufacturing domain will be a good add-on
