Responsibilities

Define and maintain the ERP finance transformation vision, scope, success metrics, and alignment with company strategy and finance objectives
Own the multi-phase ERP roadmap and program portfolio; sequence initiatives to balance risk, capacity, and business value
Establish and lead governance forums and an integrated program plan; ensure clear decision-making, transparency on risks/dependencies, and predictable delivery
Partner with business process owners to redesign and standardize core processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Planning) aligned to ERP best practices and stronger controls
Own definition of data migration outcomes, integration requirements, and control frameworks to support reliable reporting, compliance, and efficient operations
Lead stakeholder readiness, training/adoption approach, go-live planning, and post go-live stabilization (hypercare)
Provide concise, insight-driven updates and recommendations to VP+ stakeholders; drive decisions and alignment across cross-functional teams

Required

10+ years leading high-complexity, business-critical technical or transformation programs across multiple functions and systems
Strong experience with ERP-enabled finance transformation, including large ERP implementations or migrations (NetSuite → SAP S/4HANA preferred)
Proven ability to build and run PMO / governance structures for complex initiatives, including integrated planning, RAID management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting
Advanced ability to structure ambiguous problem spaces, lead fit-gap and tradeoff discussions, and drive alignment across competing priorities (standardization vs flexibility vs control)
Strong data-driven mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience mentoring TPMs/project managers and introducing scalable program management practices

Preferred

Experience with SAP S/4HANA finance domains and migration approaches
Familiarity with SOX/compliance, audit readiness, and finance control design
Experience coordinating systems integrations with finance, billing, CRM, and reporting platforms
