Responsibilities

Engineer custom filtration and flow‑control products from concept through qualification and delivery
Serve as a subject matter expert supporting pre‑sales activities, including cost estimating and requirements review
Act as a customer advocate to improve proposal speed, accuracy, cost, and technical depth
Lead product and process improvements to support successful transition from development to production

Required

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Materials Engineering
Project Management education or certification; Master's degree preferred
Minimum 5+ years leading complex Aerospace & Defense or Government projects
Demonstrated knowledge of Aerospace & Defense qualification processes
Expert knowledge of filtration, compaction, sintering, welding, and manufacturable design
Proficient in GD&T, 3D modeling, and 2D drawing standards
Strong project management, planning, customer‑facing, and communication skills
Customer‑focused; results‑driven; quality‑minded; self‑directed; analytical; acts with urgency
