Responsibilities
8-10 years of hands experience in Testing – with expertise in Oracle Retail
Experience in Retail enterprise and digital streams – e.g., OMS, WMS, RMS
Hands on experience of leading a test team for complex retail engagements
Ability to define and execute test strategy and planning
Experience in integration and middleware testing (IBM middleware stack preferably)
Thorough understanding of integration testing – including functional, E2E and performance testing of complex middleware projects
Stakeholder management and very good communication skills
