Responsibilities
Demonstrated experience in all phases of the design, configuration, installation, and administration of large-scale networks
Deliverables: Process Flows, Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members, Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility, Participate in data conversion and data maintenance, Provide best practice and industry specific solutions, Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions, Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed, Participate as a team member of the functional team
Qualification
Required
12+ years' experience in network engineering expertise supporting an enterprise environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in the field of computing or computer science or a related field
10+ years' experience on WAN including SD-WAN, Advanced BGP, DMVPN, Quality of Service (QoS)
Strong expertise in Palo Alto, CISCO ISE, SD WAN, CISCO ASA, Zscaler, CCNP, VMware
Demonstrated experience in all phases of the design, configuration, installation, and administration of large-scale networks
Cisco expertise CCNP certification or equivalent level
Strong security experience with firewall technologies, installation, maintenance and support
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred
Hands-on experience in Cisco Nexus switching and its integration with VMware vSphere (network/vSwitch configuration)
Hands-on experience in deploying and managing network resources within AWS and/or Azure (VPC/VNet, Transit Gateway/Hub)
Experience as a Technical Lead on major network projects, including documenting standards and mentoring junior engineers
