Responsibilities

Coordinate preparation of project drawings, specifications and scope-of-work

Estimate project costs and/or prepare capital expenditure requests

Prepare purchase requisitions for respective projects, track project costs, track project progress, conduct status and follow-up meetings, and other administrative matters

Construction inspection for required conformance

Required

Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant Facilities experience

Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience

In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience

Driver's License Requirement: Employees who drive on company business to carry out job-related duties must possess a valid driver's license for the class of vehicle driven and meet automobile insurability requirements of the Company

Preferred

Professional Engineer (PE) license a plus

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus

Preferably degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Proficient with AutoCAD

Demonstrated excellent organizational skills

Strong verbal, written and presentation communications skills
