Responsibilities
Provide programmatic leadership for a radio frequency (signals and communications) advanced technology program
Advise the government on the limitations of RF systems based on design and environmental parameters
Communicate technical material to leadership with concise clarity
Creative, out-of-the-box thinking that contributes to a new paradigm of RF utilization
Qualification
Required
An understanding of the synergy between RF emissions and Electronic Warfare (EW)
Familiarity with DoD Acquisition and the DoD 5000 Series
Bachelor's Degree
A keen understanding of commercial and defense radar applications spanning all technologically relevant RF bands
20+ years of relevant career experience
Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
Preferred
Military experience, particularly with fielded RF and EW systems
Test Range experience
Master's degree and/or past research in a related field
