Fluid Analysis Specialist - Bensalem, PA

Foley, Incorporated is seeking a Fluid Analysis Specialist to manage oil sample shipments and provide analysis data to customers. Responsibilities

Collect and sort daily oil sample shipments from customers while maintaining assigned laboratory
Provide direct correspondence to internal and external customers regarding fluid analysis data, trend analysis, maintenance, and repair recommendations
Maintain customer information and asset information in SOS Service Manager
Interpret analysis provided by CAT on all samples. Analyze equipment trends in general and develop "norms" which reflect local geographic, operating and maintenance conditions
Correlate results with components, metallurgical, operational, lubrication, and maintenance information
Report resultant evaluation and recommendations by means of printed customer reports or email to internal and external customers
Investigate, communicate, and follow up with internal and external customers
Communicate abnormal trend data to CAT
Additional duties may be assigned to help expand your skills and contribute to evolving business needs

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Intermediate computer skills including Windows based applications, data entry and email
Strong organization and communication skills

Preferred

Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience is preferred and/or equivalent combination of training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
