Process time studies to identify areas of improvement in the assembly process and installation

Assist the production department with special requests

Assist the Plant Manager with projects as they arise

Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Education: High school diploma or GED

Experience: No experience necessary; however, looking for someone currently enrolled in college to pursue their bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management

Ability to meet deadlines and communicate proactively, comfortable working in a dynamic environment

Willingness and ability to function as an effective team member through good communication and cooperation to meet departmental goals

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professionalism, and diplomacy

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Touch-it-once, do-it-right approach to work responsibilities

Intellectually curious, commitment to excellence, and interest in learning new responsibilities once existing responsibilities are mastered

Must be able to sit or stand for multiple hours
