Responsibilities

Management and application of all monies to customer trade accounts
Management of High Radius automated cash application software
Management and application of all monies to non-trade general ledger accounts
Administrator of Credit Card software application
Work directly with credit analyst on unidentified monies and reconciliations
Work directly with internal & external audit
Work directly with accounting pertains to bank reconciliations
Daily balancing of A/R to G/L
Perform other related duties as required

Qualification

Cash application experienceHigh Radius softwareOracle/JD EdwardsMicrosoft Office proficiencyProblem solving

Required

1 to 2 years of cash application experience
High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
PC proficient and advance skills in Microsoft Offices
Experience with Oracle/JD Edwards (Enterprise-One) financial system
Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in a related field
