Responsibilities

Develop, test, and optimize CMM inspection programs based on engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T specifications

Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine measurement requirements and inspection points

Conduct dimensional inspections utilizing precision measuring instruments such as bore gauges, micrometers, calipers, and coordinate measuring machines

Collaborate with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot measurement issues and improve inspection procedures aligned with AS9100, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 standards

Ensure compliance with ASME codes & standards during inspection processes and document all measurement data meticulously

Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing measurement data and recommending process enhancements

Required

Experience in creating, editing, and executing Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) programs
