Senior Service Delivery Manager
Aceolution is seeking a Manager, Engineering Intake & Operations to serve as the primary point of contact between Engineering and Operations for prototype device-based biometric data collection programs. This role is responsible for ensuring that engineering requirements are clearly defined, documented, and operationalized at scale, enabling efficient and high-quality program launches.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary POC for Engineering on all intake related to prototype devices–based biometric data collection
Lead structured intake discussions to define requirements, constraints, dependencies, timelines, and success metrics
Ensure intake requirements are complete and stable, minimizing late-stage changes and rework
Own creation of high-quality documentation, including operational requirements, data collection protocols, SOPs, execution playbooks, and training materials
Ensure content is clear, repeatable, and suitable for large-scale execution by Operations teams
Continuously improve documentation based on operational feedback and execution performance
Design and implement operational strategies to execute engineering requirements at scale
Partner with Operations Managers to define workflows, capacity models, quality controls, and escalation paths
Identify execution risks early and drive mitigation plans prior to launch
Support launch planning and early execution phases of new programs
Monitor execution readiness and address gaps in process, tooling, or training
Establish mechanisms to track execution health and quality
Drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Legal, Privacy, and Operations teams
Communicate clearly and proactively to enable informed decision-making
Act as a trusted partner, influencing outcomes without direct authority
Establish feedback loops, retrospectives, and measurable mechanisms to improve intake and execution processes
Build reusable templates, playbooks, and review structures that scale across programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in operations management, technical program management, engineering operations, or related roles
Experience working with prototype hardware, devices, or early-stage technologies
Demonstrated ability to translate technical requirements into scalable operational processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience driving cross-functional execution in ambiguous environments
Preferred
Graduate degree or certifications in hardware, electronics, or related technical fields
Experience supporting biometric data collection, sensor-based systems, or device-driven research programs
Experience creating training and enablement content for large, distributed teams
Familiarity with data privacy, consent, and compliance considerations
