Responsibilities

Collaborating with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering (process flows, sketches, scenarios, wireframes, navigation models, visual design)
Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks

Required

7+ years of relevant experience
Obsessed with good user-centred design practices and are detail-oriented
Must have a strong UI/UX design portfolio
Solid experience in creating process flows, sketches, scenarios, wireframes, navigation models and visual design
Active user research – asking questions to understand the essence of the business needs, vs simply following the inputs
Demonstrate the ability to be innovative and not constrained by the boundaries of the existing design system
Ability and willingness to deal with ambiguity and learn
Must be able to present ideas creatively and effectively
Must be up to date with the latest UI trends, technologies and design practices
English: C1 Advanced

Preferred

Finance domain experience is beneficial
