Experienced Outside Sales Representative - Atlanta Office
Fire Protection Services, LLC is seeking an Experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive new business growth across their fire and life safety business. This role is critical in expanding the customer base, strengthening market presence, and ensuring a smooth transition from sale to service through collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound sales opportunities
Meet activity expectations through cold calling, site visits, networking, and in-person meetings
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Identify creative and strategic ways to open doors and generate new business opportunities
Conduct customer meetings to assess needs and present FPS fire and life safety solutions
Develop and manage a qualified sales pipeline
Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and follow-up records in CRM systems
Collaborate with Inside Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers
Support pricing and proposal development in alignment with company guidelines
Maintain consistent follow-up to advance opportunities and close business
Qualification
Required
Experience in a service-based sales environment requiring cold calling
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to manage time, territory, and priorities effectively
Comfort initiating conversations and navigating objections
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Preferred
Fire and life safety experience is a plus, but not required
