Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of support for users/administrators experiencing technical difficulties
Troubleshoot and provide solutions for unexpected behaviors or technical issues with the ServiceNow platform
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the platform and its core functionalities to support troubleshooting efforts
Analyze data and logs to identify underlying causes of issues
Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to achieve personal and group objectives effectively
Qualification
Required
Proficient in JavaScript
Intermediate in Email Troubleshooting
Proficient in Web Services
Proficient in Network Troubleshooting
Intermediate in Active Directory
Experience with scripting and coding in JavaScript
In-depth knowledge of Web Services (SOAP, REST)
Solid understanding of Networking fundamentals
Experience in a technical support role dealing with complex systems, preferably within the technology or IT service management sectors
