Responsibilities
Assist with coordination of FDA-regulated clinical trials
Support PIs and clinical research staff with daily study operations
Maintain accurate research documentation and study records
Utilize electronic health records (EHR/EMR) and research databases
Assist with participant safety, compliance, and confidentiality
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
Follow Good Clinical Practice (GCP), HIPAA, and institutional policies
Collaborate with cross-functional clinical and research teams
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Associate's Degree OR 2 years of experience in an ambulatory or acute healthcare setting
Current BLS certification (required prior to start)
Willingness to obtain IATA/DOT certification prior to start
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Proficiency with electronic systems or willingness to learn
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Clinical research or clinical trials exposure
Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, or LVN background
Familiarity with GCP, FDA regulations, and HIPAA
