Responsibilities
Fulfill access requests to key applications and other entitlements including the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, ensuring appropriate permissions and compliance with security policies and training requirements
Monitor access controls and respond to access-related security incidents, performing initial analysis and basic troubleshooting
Assist in the implementation and optimization of access management workflows to ensure efficiency, compliance, and positive user experience
Apply established access control policies, standards, and best practices, including zero trust and least privilege models
Perform access recertification processes, including execution and follow-up to ensure ongoing compliance
Collaborate with team members to share information, interpret requirements, and resolve issues related to identity and access management
Update and follow documentation of IAM processes, promoting best practices and consistency
Participate in training and learning opportunities to develop skills and stay current with IAM best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, engineering, and math discipline or equivalent work experience
Less than 1 year related work experience
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive data
Time management and organizational skills
