Growth Partnerships Manager (DTC E-commerce)
ROXON is a fast-growing outdoor tools brand building modular multi-tools and EDC gear for makers, creators, and outdoor enthusiasts. They are seeking a Growth Partnerships Manager to lead all non-paid growth channels and directly impact revenue through partnerships, creators, affiliates, and brand collaborations.
Responsibilities
You’ll lead all non-paid growth channels, including:
Creator & Influencer partnerships (TikTok / YouTube / IG)
Affiliate programs (ShareASale, Impact, etc.)
Brand collaborations & co-branded launches
Retail & niche dealer partnerships
Trade show & industry relationship follow-ups
New growth opportunities we haven’t thought of yet
Qualification
Required
2–6 years in influencer / affiliate / partnerships / e-commerce growth
Comfortable with cold outreach and negotiation
Like hunting for deals, not waiting for inbound
Care about results and revenue, not just campaigns
Want ownership instead of layers of approval
Prefer fast-moving teams over corporate structure
Preferred
Worked with TikTok Shop
Experience with Shopify brands
Creator marketing experience
Familiarity with outdoor/EDC products
