Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding hardware/software integration and technical support
Provide remote and on-site technical assistance, troubleshooting, and training as needed
Interact with positioning systems and motion controllers to support customer applications
Analyze and understand customer requirements to deliver tailored solutions and technical guidance
Perform hardware testing, validation, and troubleshooting based on customer use cases
Support integration of hardware with software platforms, ensuring system compatibility, reliability, and optimal performance
Document test procedures, results, and issue resolutions for internal teams and customer reference
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product management teams to escalate and resolve technical issues efficiently
Contribute to the enhancement of test methods, integration processes, and overall customer experience
Troubleshoot software issues and assist in designing and implementing bug fixes
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work
